2019 had been a fruitful and exciting year which I was given an opportunity to explore and uncover different aspects of my life journey. I got to know more about the Way to True Health at Total Swiss. As the classes were mainly conducted in Chinese, it was a good way to improve the terminology of the human body in my Mother Tongue. It was an eye-opener indeed for me when I crossed the seas to support the company events held in Malaysia and Taiwan at different periods of time. I was also encouraged by my mentors to take up the AMAC certification to equip myself in the pursuit of nutritional health. My personal faith leads me to believe that nothing is impossible for God in paving a new path for me to work towards my newfound goal by simply sharing the goodness with others.
Moving forward, let's work together to build strong immunity for ourselves and others, and to fight the invisible diseases amidst this pandemic that has robbed so many precious lives.
